About
Queens Lake Landcare Group work in various areas on the south east side of the lake, near Lakewood. The group is focused on removing Syngonium from a wet area and Morning glory from the forested area. Their work is carried out on Council managed land to improve biodiversity in the area and maintain Koala habitat.
The group meet once a week on Tuesday mornings, with working bees held from 8:00am to 10:00am followed by morning tea and a chat. You don't have to commit to every week and prior knowledge is not needed! Get in touch to get involved, learn about our environment and make new friends!
