Yippin Creek Bushcare group work to enhance the natural values of this reserve.

About

Yippin Creek Bushcare Group work on Council owned bushland behind Bullock Drive and Colonial Circuit along Yippin Creek to remove weeds and rubbish and so enhance the natural values of this beautiful reserve. The area is zoned for Environmental protection with at least 120 species of native plants identified.

The group formed in early 2022 and meets on the first Sunday of each month, excluding January. The main task is to control weeds such as lantana, winter senna, privet, blue billygoat weed and ochna. Please get in touch if you would like to join us!
