Join Hastings Landcare, Port Macquarie Hastings Council(PMHC) and National Parks and Wildlife Service(NPWS) for a community planting day at Queens Lake Nature Reserve. We will be creating a canopy on newly acquired NPWS land. Three hundred trees will be planted on the day with species including Tallowwood, Grey Gum, Bloodwood and Turpentine. These trees should grow quickly and establish well to provide food and shelter for koala and other wildlife.
