Join Landcare for a community planting day at Bobs Creek on Sunday 22nd February 2026. We will be restoring habitat on disused private land. Five hundred trees will be planted to create a vegetation canopy and wildlife corridor between prime koala habitats. Native species planted will include Swamp Mahogony, Red Mahogony, Forest Red Gum, Grey Gum, Tallowwood, Acacia sp., Willow Bottlebrush, Cheese Tree and Red Ash. These trees should grow quickly and establish well to provide food and shelter for koala and other wildlife. This project is supported by Dept of Climate Change, Energy, Environment & Water.
